A deployment issue caused the request executor to fail, resulting in approximately 9 hours of request processing downtime (Mar 9 ~22:00 UTC to Mar 10 ~07:00 UTC). All queued requests were reprocessed after the fix. Root cause: architecture mismatch in Lambda deployment. Safeguards have been added to prevent recurrence.
